Kristina Dutton directs the Friction Quartet recording her music for the FURY album

For those of you who asked for the FURY music, we’re in the process of recording and mastering the soundtrack. 

Kristina Dutton directed the very excellent Friction Quartet in a recording session of her string music for the FURY Show. She had been refining the music over the past weeks, and was extremely happy to to work with such a capable quartet to record it. I was there for about an hour, and once again experiencing the thrill of watching the creative activity spawned by FURY. Jeff Kolhede has been supporting the musicians and all the recording activity around the FURY music throughout, and we love working with him at 25th Street studios in Oakland. This was one of the pieces of the full music for the FURY show we’ll be releasing on an album later this year. We’re very excited about that, with much to learn about releasing music out into the world along the way.
